The Free Syria Army has committed human rights abuses just as grave as the government of Assad. It is aligned with terrorist groups including Al Queda. When the US supported Al Queda and the Taliban, what was the result? It is insane and idiotic to support any of these people or take sides in their wars. Who cares if Assad continues to rule Syria? It looks like he'll win anyway even if the US does make this stupid move.
I mean really, in a post 911 world, the US is going to take sides in a civil war between Sunni's and Shiites? Obama, McCain, and Clinton think this is in our interest? Why are these people even still around? Why do we even care what Clinton and McCain think anymore? Did they prevent 911 or did they help cause it?
