Executive orders should not be used to creat new laws. One person in the USA should not be allowed to act like a dictator. The government was set up with separation of powers for a reason so one person can't do just what he wants. Immigration and open borders is a serious issue that needs to be hashed out in the houses and not be decided by one person.
