Do not Use Social Security and Medicare to Balance the Budget.

Stop offering Social Security and Medicare cuts in the budget negotiations. We, the undersigned, propose major cuts in foreign aid and other programs, also finding fraud and inefficiencies, instead.
American workers and their employers have contributed, all their working lives, into Social Security and Medicare accounts. It is our money!
The nation's budget should not be balanced at the expense of the elderly and the needy, while there are many places where funds are misused.
