This petition is to ask the President not to use any more military intervention in pursuit of international diplomacy and/ or stabilization until we have resolved our own nation's financial issues. After the huge expenses incurred while fighting multiple countries/organizations after the terrorist strikes in NYC and Washington we now need to scale back to the objective of our military, 'defense of the nation' not 'active armed intervention for international causes we wish to influence'.
