We, the American people, are petitioning Congress to reconvene and postpone the 2016 presidential election, and to offer the American people better candidates.
Congress has authority over the timing of the selections of presidential electors by the Constitution (art II, § 1, cl. 4). Which would allow them to reschedule the election to deal with a National emergency. An emergency is by definition, a combination of circumstances or the resulting state that calls for immediate action.
Donald J. Trump and Hillary Clinton are not fit for the Executive Office. The potential danger to our Country by electing immoral or unqualified candidates into our Nation’s highest office cannot be overstated.
We are in a National state of emergency, and we are urging Congress to intercede.
