Given the nation's urgent and significant economic challenges, including the national debt and reigning in spending, coupled with the fact that the Obama & Romney presidential campaigns together cost an unprecedented $2 billion, here is the people's wish for President Obama's second Inaguration Day:
- He takes his oath of office.
- He makes his speech to the nation.
- Then says he is going back to the White House to get back to work on the nation's problems.
Appropriately, Obama had his big, expensive and excessive Inaguration in 2008. But it's different the second time around. He won't be running for president again and there are serious economic problems to urgently address.
Thus, for the people, please send the right signal and do the right thing Inaguration Day.
