we need the student loan industry have tougher regulations on the harnessing phone calls, threatening bowers to pay their bills when they dont have money, the outrageous penalties and fees. Sallie Mae has a 25% default fee which gets charged to every loan that you have with them instead of just the one loan or loans you default on. This 25% issue is actually in process of a class action lawsuit but Sallie Mae is refusing to cooperate with the lawyers and the judge.
