In many courts in across this country child representatives, judges and Gals are put in place to support the "best interest of the children", not the parents. However, in many circumstances there is under table payments taken by the Judges, child representatives and GALS from more financial parent. In addition to that, if one parent is Pro Se there is no fair defense for them often times the judges will not hear anything they have to say, will not entertain, review, or even so much as look at any motions that they submit, or any evidence they try to submit. Also, there is no record of documentation that occur in court because there are no court reporters to document the court proceedings. When child protection services has been involved there is no fact finding process for the accused.
