Do something with the crooks called gas companies. Jumping gas prices .40 - .50 cents at a time for no reason!

Gas companies in my area will jump the prices in one day .40 - .50 cents at once for no reason. Then in a couple of days it will start coming down one penny at a time for about 8 - 12 weeks and then jump again. This is a vicious cycle and everyone I talk to agree that it is legalized theft. I was under the impression that during the Bush administration that they stated they were not allowed to raise the prices until a new shipment came in. People would do a lot better if this could be regulated or controlled. It would not be as bad if the quarterly profits were not in the billions of dollars. PLEASE look into this. I understand the oil companies control Washington and the politicians, but it is about time for them to stop stealing from us!!!
