Do what should have been done to Olethis Cudjo and others like her. Put breathalizers in cars and life in jail!

Putting people like Olethis Cudjo in jail for life and breathalizers in ALL cars! I think that it would make some people mad, but if someone can't run the car because of the breathlizer then they can't run over a friend, family member or someone just making their mark on the world! Olethis was a woman of 51- years of age who under the influence, speeding, and with a suspended license hit a young man, 24-year old James Helsloot. Holden, was another name he was known by, that we knew him by. He was a good guy and loved by all who came into contact with him. Murdered in the time of his life when he should have been able to enjoy his young life and make babies! People like Olethis Cudjo have no reguard for human life. Put these people away for they are real killers!
