Scam and fraud phone calls spike like crazy since June. It seems useless to register your phone number to the "Do Not Call" list or to report these scammers to FCC. These annoying phone calls never stop. If they cannot do their jobs, the white hose needs to justify the reason why wasting taxpayers money to keep FCC and FTC.
