Congress has not been doing it's job, in either house. Every individual, every business, is expected to be responsible for their financial health, except the federal government. They can delay paying their debts and pass that along to the "next session", manipulate the way taxes are apportioned in order to gain re-election, and generally act in irresponsible ways with OUR money.
I say enough. All they are doing is spending money and wasting time. For every day that they fail to pass a workable, balanced budget with REAL solutions, not some joke 5 years from now, they should be docked a day's pay and benefits. As long as they DO nothing, they GET nothing.
