The United States Constitution clearly outlines the procedure for Supreme Court nominees. If members of the senate do not perform the jobs they were elected to do, they do not deserve to be paid by the people of the United States of America.
As they have willfully chosen not to do their job on scheduling a hearing for the President of the United States Supreme Court nomination, all rights and benefits will be stripped and their senate record should reflect censure for betraying their oath of office.
