doctors should have more say and leverage then a judge as to who should receive social security disability.

Created by S.P. on February 08, 2014

A DOCTOR KNOWS HIS PATIENT AND DISABILITIES MORE THAN A JUDGE WOULD KNOW. SOME CASES MAY NOT LOOK AS BAD AS THEY MAY BE TO A JUDGE. DISABILITY SHOULDN'T BE BASED ON AN INCIDENT THAT RECENTLY OCCURRED. THERE ARE SOME CASES WHERE A LIFE TIME OF INCIDENTS HAPPENED AND AT THE AGE OF 50 CAN CAUSE ONE TO BE DISABLED FROM ALL THOSE THINGS COMPILED. AND A JUDGE LOOKS AT IT LIKE A PERSON IS JUST BEING A HYPOCHONDRIAC OR MAKING A LIST OF THINGS JUST TO GET A CHECK.PEOPLE WHO HAVE WORKED ALL THEIR LIVES DESERVE DISABILITY IF IT IS NEEDED AND GET TURNED DOWN DAILEY
