Banks and other financial institutions MUST exempt DoD civil service employees from paying interest on ANY principal balance of any loan type (mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, student loans, etc.) DURING the entire length that DoD civil service employess go into furlough in 2013. DoD civil service employees, as Americant taxpayers, bailed these institutions out when they were in crisis, now it's their turn to help now that DoD civil service employees are in crisis.
