Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act

As an American Citizen this Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act hurts all Americans living abroad. My retirement funds are in the U.S.A.. Now this law requires I call the bank every month to receive my retirement money abroad. So, I must call fro Berlin, Germany to Denver, Colorado just to have my retirement funds transferred to me. Before Obama passed this law, my bank account automatically sent my retirement funds to my bank here in Berlin. Now, if I can't call the bank each month due to sickness or hospitalization, I receive NO money to live on. I don not receive my own retirement funds after working in America for over 40 years. There is no toll free number to call the bank in the USA. No email address to perform banking online. You MUST CALL each month!
