If in FY2014 the Government chooses to cut the wages of any DoD/Military branch, then Congress will be held to the same exact policy as any voted on for the DoD/Military. Changes to pay cuts, benefit cuts or reorganizations, retirement pay, raises in salary or entitlements must be adjusted to better align with the civilian sector since that is the standard for the DoD/Military.
