Statistics show a dog in the home is more likely to bite its owner or family member than an intruder. Some owners disobey leash laws, and dogs maim and kill many innocents. High levels of criminal activity surround gang-related dog fighting in many cities, and large dogs are a gang status symbol. It is time for dogs to go. The statistics justify this. A dog is more likely to bite you than an intruder, criminals use dogs, and some dog owners are irresponsible. While there are many law abiding citizens who own all breeds of dogs, we need make illegal any dogs over 35lbs or with teeth over 3/8" long. This must be done for the greater good of America. New studies show cats are possibly worse and might even eat you when you dead. All indoor animals must go!! Safety first!!
