We, the citizens of the United States, petition the Department of Justice to pursue in a timely manner criminal charges for the violation of 18 US Code Section 793 against Hillary Rodham Clinton for:
- The intentional misuse of multiple private servers to receive and transmit government communications, including classified information.
- Gross negligence of the handling of classified information including the security, unauthorized retention, and intent to destroy communications to circumvent the Freedom For Information Act, for personal gain.
- Breach of the Classified Information Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Hold (HRC) personally liable for such violations, to terminate any security clearances she holds, and further the removal from any current or future positions of special confidence
