The DOJ Needs to Investigate Haynesville Junior High School and hold accountable for Medicaid Fraud

Our children, who are moderate to severe disable, services are not being rendered in our public schools here in Claiborne Parish. According to Bulletin 741these students current placement is Self-Contained Departmentalized, meaning the disabled child is in the regular classroom less than 40% of the time. There are also, two special education teachers being assigned to that child throughout the day, which funds are disbursed from medicaid for the second teacher under related services. Services aren't being rendered for our moderate to severe children with traumatic brain injury and many others. These students are being placed with a paraprofessional, which places the student in an unsafe environment. This is considered Medicaid Fraud
