Dept of Justice needs to investigate individual states dept of Children services. Many case workers have been overloaded and/or neglecting their duties to children. There has been too many news reports on abuse and neglect by foster parents and children's deaths. And also children been taking away w/o legitimate reasoning. Example is the Justina Pellitier case (look it up) shows major overreach of Mass. dept of children services.
