DOJ Task: Investigate why Judge Jean Boyd gave freedom to Ethan Couch after breaking the law then killing four people.

Created by R.R. on December 13, 2013

On June 15 Ethan Couch stole alcohol from a store, got drunk, drove 70mph on a 40mph road and killed four people. These facts are not disputed.

Given his parents affluence Ethan Couch has now avoided incarceration or even a sentence fit for his crime. Instead he has been given 10 probation.

The victims and their families have been severely wronged with this sentencing.

I propose two things:
> Hold the judge in contempt of court for failing to be impartial
> Re-try Ethan Couch and sentence him properly
