Domestic Violence allow all evidence. If children are involved an advocate of the court should be urgently appointed

Created by F.M. on May 06, 2014

In allOrders of protection including parentage cases should be looked at individually. When children are involved the courts should immediately appoint an advocate to speak to them to get sufficient evidence to protect the petitioner. Also any and all previous orders of protection against the respondent should be included to show patterns of behavior. If any actions happen in front of children the children should have a right to speak no matter what type of case it is.
