Offenders convicted of domestic violence should not be allowed to file retaliation charges against the victim
The Victim has the right in court to object to any Plea bargain free from intimidation and fear
Law enforcement that responds to a DV call can issue a Temporary protective order.
Right to rapid rehousing
Right to file for a legal separation or a divorce free of charge
DV victims have the right to change their Social Security number name and have all public information removed from all public data
