Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Offense Expungement Rules for Ohio.

Created by D.M. on December 05, 2012

I have a misdemeanor offense of Domestic Violence in the State of Ohio from 13 years ago and numerous times I have been denied employment or terminated from employment upon the employer conducting a background screening. I have only one other offense- a misdemeanor of Disorderly Conduct from 16 years ago yet, these things continue to keep me from securing employment. I recognize I made these mistakes but, I need to work and I need to live too. I am near bankrupt, I on government food assistance, I have have not had regular work in 2 years and I need help. I just want to work and be responsible for taking care of myself.
Please, allow for expungement of misdemeanor Domestic Violence.
