Eliminate government restrictions on the sale of Domestically Fuelled Vehicles:
- Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
- All Electric
- Fuel Cell/Hydrogen
- Hybrids with plug-in electric range of at least 100 mi.
Allows for manufactures to sell these vehicles without government restrictions on sales model. These restrictions limit their choice on how these significantly different vehicles are supported during sales.
Regardless of where you stand on domestic energy production this would reduce the need for imported oil and help keep us out of the situation Europe now faces with Russia over Ukraine. All without having to create new government spending.
