Dominate innovation with a merit-based immigration policy that recruits the best and brightest minds around the world.

Created by R.W. on September 28, 2011

Did you know every year we provide thousands of student visas to future scientists and business leaders - only to send them back to their home countries after graduation so they can start businesses elsewhere? Reverse the policy of exporting innovation to competing countries.

Require 10% of all persons obtaining permanent legal resident status to be directly recruited from top universities from around the world.

Provide residency assistance, education assistance and living assistance for these individuals so they can more easily begin businesses and contribute to American job creation.

Prioritize each year's allotment according to the industrial needs of the US (Defense, Energy, Green Jobs, Medical, etc.)

Make the US a magnet for brainpower. End the policy of exporting knowledge.
