We need to review the election this passed elections in the Dominican Republic , they put a Scanning machine this election and what that did was add votes to the governments party , there are places where the people voted for one candidate and the Electoral commission its giving the winning ballot to the governments party for example Santo Domingo East , where they ran a fraudulent process the entire election day .
