We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Donald Trump's divisive, and dangerous.

Created by H.D. on June 04, 2016

Brandenburg v. Ohio states that the government cannot punish inflammatory speech unless that speech is directed to inciting, and is likely to incite, imminent lawless action.

If it was anybody else they would be detained, maybe even arrested. We all have the right to equal protection under law. I'm calling on the U.S. Department of Justice; Loretta Lynch; to review both Donald Trump's speeches, and any Conflicts of Interests the Corporate Media may have for instigating riots under 18 U.S. Code 2101.
