I petition the US government to compensate the UK government to the order of $100 per american citizen as a thank you for colonising and civilising us, and for allowing us to remain a country.
The fee will also act as an apology for unfairly enlisting the services of the French, Dutch, Spanish and Mel Gibson during the War of Independence.
