Donate 20% of The President, The Vice-President, Congress, and any other exempted member to charity.

Since the President has refused to work with Congress to balance the national budget, has failed to submit a budget since being in office, has frozen all Federal employees pay for going on three years, and now because of sequestration all federal employees are facing a 20% pay cut, We The People believe that in fairness all members of Congress, The President, Vice President and any other member exempted from the 20% pay cut should have their pay reduced by 20% and the money donated to charity or to the nations debt.
