Donate the clothes and shoes as well as other products that get thrown away from a story once the product doesn't sell.

I have a friend who works in retail. Part of his job is throwing away clothes, shoes, and bags or suit cases in the dumpster. Brand new items. The reason this is done is because the product does not sell by a set time. And it is against the law to take those out of the trash. Instead of throwing these things away why not donate the brand new clothing to the homeless and the poor.
