There are many complaints from (mainly) Southern States about too many citizens using government funds through various programs. "Donor" States have often been the brunt of these complaints; Thus the "Taker" States speak of "wasteful government spending on social programs" when they in fact are the major recipients of such aid, on the back of States like NY, NJ, etc. The donor States should be able to either get their surplus Federal Tax money refunded or else it should be put back into their economies. Let the others who have been complaining understand that they are in fact trying to "bite the hand that feeds them".
