Donot require immigrants(non-citizens) to pay Social security tax as they wouldn't claim the benefits of social security

Immigrants and skilled laborers who are not citizens of the country do not enjoy any of the social security benefits, however pay towards the social security tax. This should be removed and only citizens who are entitled to social security benefits should need to pay for the social security tax
