Don't alienate the MILLIONS that have CHL or legally own handguns by making their 15 rnd magazines that are std illegal.

The several million CHL and legal law abiding handgun owners should not be penalized with these 10 round magazine limitations. If anything use a standard that would cover the vast majority of the handguns sold. The standard for most handguns is between 15 and 20. Use a more common sense approach and realize that if you low ball the number to 10 you have done nothing but alienate and cost those same citizens, many of them CHL holders millions of dollars to replace magazines for this ridiculous limitation. If the argument really is to LIMIT the number of injuries or lives taken, then one would have to wonder what makes you ok with those affected by the first 10 rounds. The 10 round limitation makes no real sense to anyone and will actually put more money in the gun manufactures pockets.
