Amanda Knox recently had her "innocent" ruling vacated and was again found "guilty" of murder in Italy. Considering that Amanda Knox is a US citizen, and considering that US law protects against double jeopardy (retrying a person found innocent in court), the government needs to protect her and refuse Italy the right of extradition in this case.
