Congress and other government agencies exempt themselves from labor laws, disability laws, Freedom of Information laws, whistleblower laws, OSHA laws, anti-retaliation laws, and so many more. If it's immoral for the rest of us to do it, it should be immoral and illegal for a government entity to do it.
