Senator John Kerry should not be allowed to assume the position of Secretary of State for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
During the Vietnam War, he accused the military of a variety of war crimes, and again he accused the military of war crimes during the OIF/OEF campaigns. Senator Kerry also insinuated that troops are not very bright when he said students who could not navigate the education system get, "Stuck in Iraq." Statements like those impact troop morale very negatively. It also gives comfort to the enemy. Senator Kerry should know that many of our service men and women attend and graduate college. He should also know that all officers are required to have a bachelors degree.
Senator Kerry also has investments in companies accused of violating sanctions against Iran.
