Don't build a wall, instead severely fine employers that hire illegals!!!!

Both large and small business in America have utilized illegals as a means to maximize profits and depress wages. A wall is just smoke and mirrors to hide the underlying situation.
To end this situation severe fines should be leveled when employers are caught using illegals.
In Great Britain the fine averages $35,000 USD per worker. If we were to enact this policy our situation would decline in short order.
Instead, we focus on building a wall (How well did that work for China or Israel currently).
