We don't want change to the cpi ..(the means for raises) in social security, va pensions and military pays. it is said you are working on changing it thus will reduce the already horrible system in place. with the existing cpi we got 1.7% this yr. and nothing 2 yrs. previous, pretty hard to believe that you want to change that and your plan would even make raises less frequent and less money. i have a great idea let everyone in congress and you all of you reduce your pays to the average level of s s and the only raises you get are based on the same that you exspect the hard working tax payers to abide by.
