Don't Cut the Defense Budget: Use the excess money to raise the pay for all active military. Build the middle-class!

Raise the pay of all active duty military. It would build stronger military families, build the middle class and help the economy! Trade the ships that the Navy says it doesn't need to provide an incentive for making the military a viable career option!
