Any child currently in preschool at age 4 is their because the parents see it as daycare. The parents don't have the means to take care of them on their own so they need to work to pay someone else to raise them. A four year old's mind is very delicate at this age and will absorb information without questioning it. I have no doubt that these children made better "employees" in your data, but what about creating more "entrepreneurs"? Don't take away 1 year plus from my children's freedom. I am sorry some people don't have the ability of spending everyday with their children, but it is no excuse to take that away from the other people that can and cherish it.
