It won't make any difference to Syria if we sacrificed American troops over there. Muslims are going to act like Muslims. The best thing we can do about Iran is to sell/give all the equipment to Israel they want. Do not give the Muslim Brotherhood another dollar, whether it be Egypt, the Palestinians, Afghanistan, or any other country that is against Israel.
