Don't infringe on students rights to not stand for the Pledge of Allegiance because of teachers/schools own enforcement.

All students regardless of age have a right to remain seated well the Pledge is conducted. However, some school districts and teachers enforce their personal beliefs on the students forcing them to stand against their will. If the student fails to stand then he/she may be subject to punishment by the teacher and or the school district.
