We the undersigned do petition the residing President of the United States to formally declare a non-intervention stance in the Syrian civil war. As Syria currently has no impact on our bases or operations in the Middle East, we should not entangle ourselves in an internal affair of said nation. Commanding attacks on the current Syrian government whether it be by an UAV or carrier missile strike will be aiding and a bedding Al Qaeda forces on the ground assisting the civilian population in overthrowing their own government.
Chemical weapons in the region will only fall into the Al Qaeda hands if we aid the rebels. So far Syria has not used the Chemical weapons against US targets under the current regime.
