Don't make anymore gun laws. Fix the problem at the source. No more 2nd offense murderers and help for mentally ill.

Lanza TRIED TO BUY A GUN and couldn't!! This tells us that the laws we have work. Lanza killed his mother and stole her guns. This tells us that no law (murdering is illegal, stealing is illegal) will stop a criminal or a mentally Ill person. Spengler got out of jail after 18 years for BEATING HIS GRANDMOTHER TO DEATH WITH A HAMMER!!!! This tell us our justice system failed. In other words make our jail systems less comfortable for criminals (example: if you leave prison you think to yourself "I never wanna go back there again" instead of "ahh that wasn't so bad") and make it easier for people to get the mental help they need. (example: lanza, from what I heard, was on meds and his mom told people dont turn your back) this tells us our medical system failed. Make more laws that matter!
