Don't Tread On Me!

We the people demand justice now! Recent public advocacy by Senators: Feinstein, Schumer and others using their position to promote their anti-gun agenda may be in violation of federal law. To become a member of Congress federal law 5 U.S.C. 3331 requires a sworn oath to protect the constitution. By the very definition of "infringement" these senators have advocated the alteration of our constitutional form of government without calling for an Article V Convention to ratify a new amendment. This is outlined in; 5 U.S.C. 7311 (1):
“An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States of the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government…” We demand a full investigation by the Judiciary
