Denial of Service attacks can be useful and harmful. I think they should be legal if they get permission from the government to Denial of Service a malicious website.
First of all, it'll be helpful so people don't get lead to them by a misclick or typo.
It'll also make it so virus creaters will have to buy more web servers therefore making their unnatural job harder and our jobs easier.
