It is time that we demand that NASA's funding be returned to its annual budget as it was during the 1970's. It is time that we once more dream of tomorrow and foster in the children of our Country the dreams and inspiration to look out at space and one day reach to the heavens beyond. It is time that we declare that NASA and the wonderment of Space is still strong. Let us show that the spark of inspiration and wonder still remains and is burning strong.
