Disabled veterans whom have served in Iraq and Afganastan suffer more stress dealing with the V.A. then they did dealing with combat. Americans whom fight for thier country and are injured in the process should not have to fight the V.A. for benefits. The process takes way to long and veterans are loosing everything in the process. The stress of financial hardship is overwhelming and the lenght of time it takes the V.A. to process a claim adds to the stress. Wars have stressed our veterans enough. When our country called, we answered the call. When we call, all we get is a busy signal or an excuse.
The government spends money on such things as testing the stress of a shrimp running on a treadmill, but can't hire enough claims processors to speed the claim process up.
